Without fear of repercussions… what would you say?

If you could say anything without fear of repercussions… what would you say?

I know there are some wrongs you would like to “right” in your life and that it would take some extraordinary courage to verbalize that.  That would feel good wouldn’t it… but is it necessary?  To heal is not to hurt others who have hurt you.

Some of you love someone special but you don’t know when, where, or how to tell this person.  Are you feeling this way simply because you’re lonely or are your feelings legit?  What’s stopping you?

Some of you probably have some keen insight into a situation involving a friend or family members personal situation.  PLEASE BE CAREFUL!  You probably don’t know the whole story and saying something would complicate things.  Besides, you don’t want to be that guy… do you?

Some of you use the “F” word a lot… ok be honest.  It’s because you have nothing to say other than “F*CK”.  Your vocab is on the short list and saying “F@CK” makes other people think you really know what your talking about.

Some of us have a niece or nephew that is all jacked up because we have a brother or sister in law that is all jacked up and you know what you would say if you had a golden moment.  You could conjure up something so incredibly brilliant and convince them that what they are doing is wrong simply by pointing out something THEY ALREADY KNOW!!

My point:

Be kind.

Use discretion.

Don’t say the first thing that pops into your head.

Even if you’re right you will have gained an enemy and they will be further convinced against what you have said out of spite. “A brother offended is harder to be won than a strong city.” (Proverbs 18:19)

If you could say anything without fear of repercussions… what would you say?
