Fathers Day Blessing

This was in a previous post but now with an added video testimony.

My dad, Mike Holman, is a pastor in southern Indiana. He and my mom live in the parsonage on the church property and they have a neighbor named Ralph. Ralph wasn’t a believer but he really liked talking to my dad. Dad isn’t the pushy type or anything but had just befriended Ralph. They’ve sat down for breakfast (biscuits and gravy) every month for the last 18 years and I’m glad that Dad didn’t quit because Ralph got baptized last year.

You never know how long it will take to see someone come to saving faith in Christ and I’m glad my dad was patient enough to see biscuits and gravy turned into the bread of life! This photo above shows Ralph getting into the baptistery – gets me every time.

He’s also my twin. I know… it’s weird, right?
