1) make the space/room you’re in look open (ex. Light on, door open).

2) never underestimate the obvious.

3) parents closet(s) is ALWAYS off limits.

4) Stay Put!! One house has only so many hiding places.

5) Giving up someone else’s hiding spot is the ultimate in betrayal and punishable up to 2 year probationary period.

6) Quitters have to do chores.

I hid one time in the bathroom with the light on in the shower with a curtain open 80% while they were clueless for an extended period of time.
