Have you ever heard this?

It’s kind of a bold thing for someone to say because it involves an observation about your body. Whether you were trying to lose weight or not, someone noticed your figure being more slender than it was before.

Losing weight can be a good thing and a bad thing at the same time. The word weight doesn’t just mean body mass. The kind of weight I had in mind is beyond it.

Weight is also influence.

We can lose our weight in more ways than one, and in a short amount of time. In fact, losing imfluence poundage is an easy thing to do!

Here’s a short list sure to get you on your way:

1. Adopt an unhealthy habit
2. Don’t listen to people who love you.
3. Do whatever it is that you like for a season.

You’re bound to lose it all and will be on your way in no time! Good luck.
